1 cup corn syrup= 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water
can you use something other than corn syrup? My daughter is allergic.
I didn' t know about the cream, so thanks for explaining to me and others. I appreciate your comments.
MARTHA PROBABLY ASSUMES YOU KNOW HOW TO HEAT CREAM. NEVER BOIL CREAM, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT. IT'S CALLED "STEEPING" THE CREAM UNTIL IT JUST FORMS A LAYER OF STEAM ON THE SURFACE.
martha, martha, martha - you skip steps regularly in your recipes and it is so frustrating!!!!! how did hte cream get hot - how long and how hot do you heat it for/to? som basic editing would be nice.
