Hot Fudge Sauce

  • Yield: Makes 2 cups
Hot Fudge Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped


  1. Combine the heavy cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. Heat to just under a boil. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate. Whisk until melted.

    Love this easy fudge sauce. To substitute the type of chocolate, use more corn syrup if using unsweetened chocolate.
