Hot Fudge Sauce
- Yield: Makes 2 cups

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
Combine the heavy cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. Heat to just under a boil. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate. Whisk until melted.
