"Everyday Food" recently took a culinary road trip to the new M Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. Betsy and Sandy, cohosts of "Everyday Food" pose with colorful cocktails.
Upon the arrival to the M resort, they immediately sat down to lunch at Red Cup Cafe, a 24-hour gathering place. They began their meal with Red Cup Cafe's specialty cocktail of the week, the Tequila Mary.
Executive chef Michael Anderson and chef and president of Las Vegas's Creative Cooking School Catherine Margles went on air and brought samples of their zabaglione with fresh berries for everyone in the audience to taste.
The M Resort's head sommelier, Adam Presley Curling, shared three great beer pairings -- M Hard Cider, Chimay Trappist Triple, and Deschutes Black Butter Porter -- with Sandy and Betsy, straight from the resort's own 32 Degrees Draft Bar.
