Artist John Derian's 18th-century home in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
In an upstairs bedroom, a Federal mirror hangs above an Empire bureau displaying a transferware bowl, a collection of sand dollars, folk-art dice, and a Cire Trudon candle from Derian's store. The walls are made of horsehair-and-seashell plaster and are original to the house. Derian left them bare after stripping the room of wallpaper.
