This modern interpretation of pecan pie turns the classic version upside-down -- literally. It's important to use a cast-iron skillet when making this recipe.
The creamy, bittersweet-chocolate "bottom" of this early-twentieth-century icebox pie rests on a graham cracker crust. The pile of ethereal meringue on top includes a hint of rum.
I agree with you. There IT dept has to work on their software what they use. this site is not user friendly. It has happened with me many times. Even I am searching for pumpkin pie, results are coming with pumkin dcoration. I hope Marhta and staff will look into it!
Please! Please!! WHy is it impossible to find a recipe when you type in the name used in the magazine and the date of the issue?? I have found this site IMPOSSIBLE to use. If you ask for Banana Tarte Tatin why do thousands of totally non-related items come up? and never Banana Tarte Tatin? I would appreciate a response that would enable me to make proper use of this site.
Thank you PatCWolf@verizon.net
