Kevin Sharkey christened his newly renovated space alongside friends and colleagues with a glittering cocktail party. There was food, fun, and an extra side of glamour.

Kevin and friends toast his new apartment -- filled with silver and white balloons for the occasion.

Guests take seats (that includes the shearling throw) in the living room to enjoy champagne, conversation, and incredible views.

Kevin's beloved collection of Hermes boxes is cleverly stored in the shower and adds a bold kick of color to the bathroom. 

What makes a better over-the-top ice bucket than a brand-new bathtub? Kevin's tub holds bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne while he and Alexis Stewart enjoy the party.

In lieu of a traditional dessert tray, Kevin opted for a whimsical stacked Oreo tower -- complete with sparkler candles.

Kevin set up a bar in the dining room -- showcasing his sterling silver barware and his new table tennis paddles -- monogrammed, of course.

Making full use of the dining room's reflective wall, Kevin and his guest kept tabs on the game with a makeshift (and chic) scoreboard that was easily wiped clean.

Keeping score is easy with a silver tray of Chanel lipsticks close at hand.

The spirited matches went on late into the evening.
