I just have to say one more thing....Today I was the 2nd time ever that I was free to catch your show on PBS and you were instructing viewers on "Steaming" and I had to laugh at myself as I sat there in awe watching you make "steamed" mashed potatoes. How did I 'not' know about that? Really?
Your show(s) really push us to 'lean in' to your instructing; being open enough to learn a different approach. This is what drives & motivates. You've got the "gift" and thank you for allowing it to operate
I so love you Ms. Stewart! Your no "nonsense" way of cooking and teaching is straight-forward and honest. You don't bash everything that isn't "gluten-salt-sugar-butter-fat-FREE!" You simply cook! Seasoned cooks like me praise God for you. You inspire us to keep going as well as training new cooks & beyond to "create."
You inspire us to move from the mundane to adding something new and bright by simply changing something as simple as a technique or a process. Incredible teaching! you win!
Martha has always been my Cooking Hero. I'm an average home cook. Each episode of Martha's Cooking School I'm learning more and more useful techniques. Love this show!! It's like she's in my kitchen, one on one. Didn't care for her other show. Too much entertainment and not enough helpful learning. She is so smart. I just love everything about her. She is a great teacher!!
Of all the cooks on TV, I think Martha is really about cooking. The idea of teaching rather than showin off is great and needful.
Just watched the frying episode on pbs and it was wonderful!
I learned so much from Martha's cooking show on PBS. I watched every episode from cooking eggs through searing meat all day last Sunday. It was well worth the time. Thank You.
Martha is such a great teacher and I've learned so much useful information over the years!!! Thank you!
Just watched the first episode of Martha's Cooking School on PBS and loved the show! It was like having the old Martha from years ago back. I loved her original shows. Thanks for doing this!
