I am also a cake designer and have a small business in my home, sweetlorrainecakes.blogspot.com, and am dreaming of the day when I can have my own commercial kitchen to work out of. OMG...the turtle cake is the best. I love the character cakes b/c they are so precise but i'm a turtle lover and that cake is awesome....
