Use the Library
There's a wealth of books and movies, both new and old, at your local library. So get a library card, if you don't have one already, and take advantage of what's available to you for free. In addition to being affordable, visiting the library can be a great family outing.
Bulk buying does not just mean the stuff in the bulk bins. It means buying the "family size" meat or buying an entire side of beef for the freezer. You can buy fruit in season by the bushel at orchards and farm stands and get veggues tge sane way. I never buy from those bins in the stores but I buy in bulk all the time. The last side of beef I bought I paid $3.00 a pound for. It was a lot of money out all at once but I can't even get hamburger at Wal-Mart these days for $3.00 a pound!
Re: buying bulk items..I have seen hands going into the bins of the bulk items..I don't know about your thoughts, but my immediate thought was,(1) 'can't people utilize the tool to take the food from the barrel; (2)can't these people consider hygiene, and (3) where have those hands been. Enough of the bulk buying for me. Package goods in bulk are just the ticket.
