I have also made the Jacques Torres cookies, and they were really nice and chewy, not hard. The best part was eating the raw cookie dough ;)

I made the Jacques Torres chocolate chip cookies and they were very crisp, in fact rather hard. They were delicious, but not soft and chewey. Manloser could try those as well.

Hi manloser, try out the recipe for Double Chocolate Cookies and bake them for 20 minutes (just don't burn them) - and they'll become crunchy. Delicious.
