The captions do not match the cookies. This does not inspire confidence in the recipe.

I have also made the Jacques Torres cookies, and they were really nice and chewy, not hard. The best part was eating the raw cookie dough ;)

Hmmm... where to start.. they all look so delicious! I, personally, like the crunchy cookies and the chewy cookies. Mmm-mmmm!

I made the Jacques Torres chocolate chip cookies and they were very crisp, in fact rather hard. They were delicious, but not soft and chewey. Manloser could try those as well.

Hi manloser, try out the recipe for Double Chocolate Cookies and bake them for 20 minutes (just don't burn them) - and they'll become crunchy. Delicious.

I would like to find the recipe for Martha's gingerbread cookies that appeared on the cover of her magazine. She used the big copper cookie cutters for them, she also wrapped them and hung them on her tree. Can you help me?
