Want to cover windows with cobwebs on Halloween but remove them without a trace the next day? Glass cleaner completely erases stamp-pad ink from glass surfaces, so you can safely use sinister stamps -- such as bats, skeletons, and witches -- to decorate everyday glassware. A candleholder crawling with spiders is particularly creepy. Or cast an eerie glow over dinner with a stamped votive holder at each place.
There are several different types of stamp pad ink. It would be helpful to know which specific kind was used for this project.
I use Staz On ink pad
I actually just finished this project a few minutes ago and what I did was sponge craft paint onto a stamp pad. I wanted a more permanent finish. Then I sponged craft glue onto a scoll stamp pad and stamped the hurricane vase I was working with and sprinkled glitter so it would stick to the design. They both came out beautifully.
Has anyone actually done this and gotten it to work? I've tried it and my ink just droops like it is trying to form a drip. I think my ink is too wet. Is there a certain type of ink made for stamping on windows? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get this to work!
