It's easy to add or replace a shade pull. Three yards of satin cording will cover a washer or plastic ring with a diameter of 2 inches or less. Leaving an 8-inch tail, tie the cord around the ring in an overhand knot, and pull the knot to the ring's outer edge. Continue by passing the long end through ring, around to the other side, and through the cording loop itself. When ring is covered, leave another 8-inch length before trimming the end. Thread both ends through grommet, and knot.
