Steps

Step 1 of 3

Cut gingerbread while it's warm.
Step 2 of 3

After it cools, decorate with royal icing.
Step 3 of 3

Wrap pieces with a note: "Don't cheat: Solve the puzzle before you eat!"

I made this for my nieces and nephews for xmas. Great fun to make and great to watch the excited kids putting it together.
