All you need to make custom stencils for holiday cookies is a plastic lid or an index card.
1. Download templates, enlarging if desired (we enlarged by 155 percent); cut out. Trace shape onto lid or card. Cut out with a craft knife.
2. Lay stencil on cookie. Using a fine sieve, sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top. Lift stencil carefully.

it's already enlarged to 155%! just follow the directions above on how to trace it and cut it out! enjoy! :)
Okay, I guess I'm stupid but I opened up the template and saved it to my computer. How do I get it enlarged to the 155% and have it printed that large? I'm not computer illiterate but this one is not obvious to me. Help, someone!!!
