Keep important letters, cards, and notes at eye level. To make a message center fitted with clips, drill a mounting hole in each end of a 24-inch length of 2-inch-wide lattice. With wood glue, attach 7 wooden spring clothespins, letting springs overhang board. Spray-paint, then, when dry, attach lattice to wall with appropriate anchors and a washer between screw head and board.

I think I'll use this in my laundry room to hang lonely socks until their mate comes along.

Since I first saw this very good idea, a few years ago, I've been using this memo rack in my kitchen to "hang" my recipes while baking or cooking, it works great!!! ;)

I don't think I will try this project, but I would love to know where anyone has been able to find "old fashioned" clothes pins. I have looked everywhere I can think of?
