Got Overripe Bananas?

Don't let overripe bananas go to waste. Freeze them to use later for refreshing smoothies. First, peel and slice bananas; then freeze each one in an airtight container or plastic bag. When ready to use, there's no need to defrost. Blend together 1 frozen banana with 1 cup plain yogurt and a splash of orange, mango, or pineapple juice for about one minute, until consistency is thin enough to sip through a straw.
