Earn bonus points for original packaging with these deconstructed Valentine's Day notes: The envelopes don't hold the cards -- they are the cards. Glue the back of a miniature envelope to a piece of decorative card stock, and tuck a gift inside (tickets to a movie or a concert or a gift card to a favorite haunt). For an extra touch, embellish the envelope with paper hearts, and rubber-stamp a hidden message underneath or inside the flap.

Martha also has an envelope project made out of a heart shaped piece of paper. When the heart is folded, it becomes a familiar shaped envelope. Upon opening the envelope the heart is revealed with a message of your choice. Both envelope designs are great for this time of year.
These are really cute ideas. Also good idea to put them in a scrapbook
