Instant Gardens

  • Flowers, such as tulips, lamb's ears, or lilacs
  • Glass vases or small jars
  • Clay flower pots
  • Gardening scissors

  1. Step 1

As a shortcut, arrange cut tulips, lamb's ears, lilacs, or other flowers in glass vases or small jars placed inside the pots.

  2. Step 2

Cut the stems just long enough so that the blossoms clear the rims of the pots and appear to be spilling out.
