Monogrammed Hanukkah Cookies

Add a personal touch to your holiday table by monogramming cookies with guests' initials. 

For the cookie, use shortbread, which doesn't puff up much as it cooks. Shape the dough with a cookie cutter, and imprint the letters with clean crafts-store rubber stamps.

Prepare Shortbread Cookie dough

Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter; place on a baking sheet. 

Stamp letters into cookies, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before baking. 

Bake according to recipe.
