Paper-Plate Angels

Hi, Is the template for the paper plate angel still available. I cannot seem to be able to view the images underneath each instruction step. Also when I click on the paper plate angel hyperlink - it tells me that the page cannot be found.

im sorry to post again but i just remade them cos of my centre problem. i now solved that by cutting out the circle from template and also cut the tracing paper to size, zo it's easy to see where it's going on the paper doily cake thingy ( i dunno the name in english sorry) i'm pretty chuffed :-D

to make them the right size i made a print screen of the pdf file and cropped and resized in photoshop, quality good enough to trace them

i found them quite easy, the difficult part for me was getting them centred on the plate, or in my case a paper doily. as i thought 1 layer wouldn't be strong enough i got a few together. they work as single layer though which saved me the trouble tracing them over and over and i could cut out 3 in one go. the wings are a bit uneven cos they weren't centred and i might make a few cones of sturdy paper for support.

I wound up using 300% to print, but that only gave me the bottom half of the arms down figure and the top half of the arms up one. SO I used the half with the arms up angel - it wasn't a 'complete' template and really narrowed my choice down as to which one (kinda favored the one with arms down), but it was simple enough for a group of 3rd graders to put together and they really enjoyed it! We had them decorate afterwards with glitter glue and used hearts, stars, etc. [filtered word] punches too!

Printing problem inquiry: template says to enlarge 200% for 6-inch plate

I am having trouble making these pretty angels stand up. Did anyone else have this issue? They want to lean back toward the wings.

I am having trouble with downloading template at 200% zoom. My printer will not go higher than 97%

Could someone please elaborate on the template? I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it's not happenin' for me!

I made these with 4 inch paper doilies...and they turned out so pretty! They're the perfect size to hang on a tree or use as a gift tag....I might even mail them with the Christmas cards!

I love this craft! I didn't want to spend a lot of money on Christmas this year, and I had to get something for my coworkers. So, I got each of them a tin of cookies under $3 and made them an Angel with their names, as the gift tag. Along the skirt where I made the whole punches, I threaded a different color ribbon for each person, and used the same color ribbon on the card with their names! Everyone loved them!

We are making alot of these Down Under to celebrate the best news ever given. The kids love them (and all the Mum's love them). Thanks for such a simple, beautiful idea!
