Coffee Ice Cubes

The first sip is just right, but by the time you get to the bottom of a long, cool glass of iced coffee, you're drinking a watery shadow of your former beverage. If the ice is made from coffee, it won't dilute your drink as it melts. Freeze hot coffee (or tea, if you prefer) in an ice-cube tray, then use the cubes to cool your brew.

    Fantastic idea, same goes well with lemonade or juice drink. Kids can also use popsicles to dunk in their glass when they'd rather play.

    How do you get the coffee to not seperate in the cube trays? I've tried it before and it always has.

    This is such a simple idea I don't know how it ever slipped my mind. I adore iced tea (and hot not that it fits this article) and coffee even more so! My boyfriend was pretty happy about the idea seeing as he can't stand having his flavor diluted when he (although rarely) has iced coffee, thanks!
