Flower-Arranging Shortcut

Martha Stewart Living, September 2007

Who says you have to master the art of floral design to create pleasingly balanced arrangements? Use a toothbrush holder as a vase and you'll achieve perfect symmetry every time. Simply fill the toothbrush holder with water and tuck one or two stems into each hole. Then take a step back and admire your handiwork.

What a great idea! Making a grid with floral tape can be tedious depending in the size of the vase. What a great shortcut! I love it!

Those things are so gross and worthless for toothbrushes. The thrift store has alot of them. Makes a nice self contained flower frog for a vessel or basket that can't get wet. Fab repurposing idea! Pen holder?

Okay, next thing is to head to Dollar Tree for toothbrush holders. My daughter's shower is just around the corner.

I think it's a great idea - I have several, except some have a [filtered word] in the bottom so that water drains.
