Simple Salsa

All you need to make a fresh batch of chunky salsa are four basic ingredients.

1 3/4 cups diced tomato (about 1 large tomato)
1/4 cup diced white onion (about half of an onion)
1 finely chopped fresh jalapeno chile (seeded, if you like, for a milder salsa)
1 teaspoon coarse salt

Stir ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to let the flavors develop.
