Melted chocolate, piped onto the edge of a plate, provides a delightful way to express romantic sentiments. Score a 12-inch parchment square in half diagonally; cut along crease to make a triangle. With the widest angle on top, curve a bottom angle up to form a cone. Wrap remaining corner around outside, and tape. Melt chocolate, fill cone halfway, fold top closed, and snip bottom. Squeeze gently to release a ribbon of chocolate and script your message.
