Herb-Infused Honey

Enhance the flavor and aroma of an ordinary pot of honey by pushing two or three sprigs of fresh herbs into the syrup. Lavender and rosemary, thyme, and sage are delicious and fragrant options. Allow herbs to steep at least five days for maximum intensity. To make a gift, transfer store-bought honey into a handsome mason jar before adding herbs.
