Ring Storage

It's hard to keep track of small hardware such as washers, grommets, and nuts. Here's a handy way to organize them by size and type: String them on shower curtain rings. Hang the metal rings on a board above your workbench so the loose hardware will be even easier to spot.

I bought a package of shower curtain rings to use on my car rear view mirror. I hang my handycapped tag on it. That way the wire and cords for onstar are not disturbed. Glad to have another use for them.

This would be great for cardmakers, scrapbookers or other crafters too. I could see using these for different coloured eyelets especially. Thanks for the tip!

I have been using these kind of rings for keys at my work where I am the keeper of hundreds of keys. The shower curtain rings are great and hlep keep me organized when I have a lot of one key.

What a wonderful idea! My husband is in the process of organizing his garage and the 1000 or so nuts and bolts pose a storage problem. I can't wait to show him this idea.
