Went to the cb2 link and this tray has been discontinued. Would like another recommendation or at least an idea of the content of a similar tray. No description was available on the cb2 site.
This is from the Home Depot website. I did a search for Self Adhesive cork and this is the product.

Hi everyone - yes, it is natural cork and can be cut with scissors & punches! How do I know this, I work for Con-Tact Brand products. Same cork can also be bought at Kmart, Target and The Home Depot. If you don't want to do the punches, you can line the whote base of the try with cork.
I would love to make this, but living in Bermuda we cannot buy this stuff, can on Martha get your supplies here. Our supplies are very LITTLE..No Wal-Mart, no K-mart, No JoAnns, No JC Penny, No Marshalls NO NOTHING!!!!!! How do you like those apples????
Dupped again. This is not what it seems. The adhesive paper is NOT cork. If you use cork, it crumbles. Neither one really works as presented.
Go to misterart.com and you will note that the site specifically says "looks like cork but it's contact paper." Paper will not absorb the condensation. Martha, do you read the reviews on your craft ideas, recipes, etc.? They are very often negative!
this is not actual cork...fyi.
I have some card stock that Martha's punches won't cut through...I don't know HOW I'd ever get her punches to go through cork.
I have never been able to punch either fabric, felt or cork. At best I have gotten indentations, most of the time, it jams the punch to the point I thought it would be broken. Having cleared the punch, I won't risk jamming it again.
Have tried working with cork as an amateur. Really difficult to cut it cleanly unless tool is especially sharp and cork is especially thin and/or flexible. Little shards of cork fly everywhere. Keep your shapes as simple as possible [circles etc]. I'd never attempt the "burst" shape shown above. Or leave this to pros with major tools.
HI AFTER SPENDING ALOT OF MONEY ON MARTHAS PUCHES,I DONT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO PUNCH THE CORK??? ANY TIPS OUT THERE???THANKS LINDA
hiiiiiii, this is nice and easy , ilike it ,thank u
Actually, what is suggested up above is cork and not a look a like, that is why the first paragraph says "The material absorbs condensation from wet glasses, preventing glassware from sliding."
Michaels also sells the self adhesive cork....
The Container Store offers the real deal. A 4' x12" roll is only $7.99.
The contact paper that is suggested for use in this project is only paper that only LOOKS like cork. It has none of the other qualities of cork, including moisture absorption. So I don't think it is the right material for this project.
