Where can I find the specific punches used to create these beautiful ornaments? I have looked at local craft stores with no success.

If I understand correctly, the backgound circle has one side of cardstock glued to a circle of veneer, You then need a design in cardstock and a design in veneer. The veneer design is glued to the cardstock circle side and the cardstock design is glued to the veneer side. You then have a sided ornament.

    hope this helps
