Gallette was impressive! I bought raspberries but didn't get the cake made so I whipped up a champagne sabayon and served it in vintage champagne glasses with the fresh raspberries - not only wonderful tasting, but a gorgeous presentation - (complete with bunnyfolded napkins) ElaineCasale 14 Apr, 2008 This dinner was so easy to make, not a lot of ingredients.
