Embellishing Chocolate Easter Eggs

The Martha Stewart Show, March 2006

Tools and Materials
Hollow chocolate egg
Parchment-paper cornet
Parchment paper, optional
Lettering template, optional

Easter Eggs How-To
1. Using a parchment-paper cornet filled with a contrasting shade of melted chocolate, write an Easter message on a hollow chocolate egg. For beautiful, personalized lettering, make a template by photocopying a lettering style that is especially pleasing to you. Place a sheet of parchment paper over the lettering template and follow the lines.

2. Further decorate the egg with a few store-bought and readily accessible Easter candies.

Resources
You can find parchment paper at most grocery stores.

Because if it was a reasonable size, we would not feel nearly as inadequete. Plus, can you imagine the poor bunny she got to lay THAT egg?!
