Crepe Paper Curtains How-To
1. Measure window frame's length and cut strips to fit.
2. Gently stretch and twist strip of crepe paper. Cut and tear edges of strips to create a ragged appearance.
3. Thread monofilament through strips to hang curtain, or apply painter's tape to window frame and then apply double-sided tape on top of that to hold strips.
4. To create the tie-back, use craft bat garland, cut to about 5 bats. Loop garland around curtain and attach it to the window frame using double-sided tape.
