For Hanukkah, set out a menorah composed of mini bottles clad in ribbon. Wrap wide satin ribbon around nine decorative bottles, available from home-supply stores; affix each with double-sided tape. Knot a second piece of thin, striped ribbon on top. Repeat with eight remaining bottles. Secure a small candle in each bottle with candle adhesive. Set the bottles on a tray, using a decorative tin box to elevate the shammes, or center candle.
