Baskets filled to the brim with the season's finest offerings make delightful centerpieces and pleasing decorations. This round basket with an abundant array of amaryllis blooms and hypericum berries is sure to lend cheer to any holiday table.
You won't want to carry the finished basket far; assemble it near the surface it will decorate. Fill the basket with as many Mason jars as it can hold without overcrowding (jars should be slightly shorter than the basket). Fill jars two-thirds of the way with water. Using floral shears, trim amaryllis stems so the blooms will be visible above the top edge of the basket; place two stems in each jar. Trim stems of hypericum berries and distribute throughout the arrangement. Fill in any gaps around the perimeter with boxwood sprigs.
