Martha's Must-Haves: Breville Juicer

The Martha Stewart Show, January 2009

Martha uses the Breville Juice Fountain Plus every morning to make fresh juices. The Australian-designed juicer works extremely fast -- you can make an 8-ounce glass of juice in about five seconds. The juicer has a large 3-inch feed tube, which allows whole fruits to be juiced. Plus, cleaning the appliance is simple, as all parts are top-shelf dishwasher safe.

The details:
Pineapple-Papaya Juice is among the many delicious drinks that can be made with the Breville juicer. The juicer was given to our studio audience.

This looks like just about the best juicer out there. I like the feature of it separating the juice and the pulp. That can be a pain to do on your own.

Ive only had my juicer for a week and I absolutely love it! It does separate the juice and the pulp. Its is a little bit of a pain to clean, especially if you are using it daily. If I have any problems with it dying on me, believe me, everyone will know!

Does this machine put everything into the juice or remove the pulp? Thanks much.

This is simply the best juicer. Easy to clean. I have had mine for 2 years and use it daily.

This juicer had several "1 star" reviews on Amazon, supposedly due to the motor giving out from overheating after only a couple of uses. Has anyone here had that problem? Also wondering is Martha aware of this and has she had this problem? I'm really looking for a good juicer and want to trust this recommendation, but feeling a little wary.

Fantastic Juicer! The recipe was awesome even without the mint.
