• Pumpkin
• Pumpkin-carving tools
• Toothpicks
• Small green gourd(s)
• Grease pencil or marker
• Linoleum cutter
• Jar and string lights for lighting

Spider Pumpkin How-To
1. Slice a small green gourd in half and attach to pumpkin with toothpicks. Draw 8 legs and 2 antennae around gourd with a grease pencil or marker. Remove gourd while you carve the drawn appendages into the top layer (orange skin) of the pumpkin with a linoleum cutter. Replace gourd on toothpicks and light from within.
