Harvest Vegetable Arrangement


  1. Step 1

    Pick heirloom tomatoes, eggplants, summer squashes, and assorted peppers, plus thyme, basil, and oregano.

  2. Step 2

    We arranged the vegetables in two shallow wooden trays around the herbs in small, water-filled glasses. Use rosemary stems and olive branches to fill in the gaps.

  3. Step 3

    Then enjoy the fruits of your labor again with meals prepared from the nourishing tableau, which will last several days.
