Chocolate Chip Meringues

Be sure to bake these delicious Chocolate Chip Meringues when you don't have other plans for the oven; they require three hours at a very low heat to reach just the right doneness -- white and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Make sure they don't brown. If you'd like, you can substitute coarsely chopped dried apricots or prunes for the chocolate chips.

    They taste good,but they got stuck to the paper. I would spray or grease first.
