Jera and her husband, Brad, started their company in 2005. Jera is a true "Mom Entrepreneur," who began letter hunting with her children at parks and various places to teach them the alphabet. As a classroom mom, Jera was responsible for purchasing a gift for a teacher who was getting married. Jera made a beautiful frame and gathered some of the pictures her daughters and she had taken to form the teacher's new last name.
