To help you create decorative place cards for the Thanksgiving table, we're now offering free clip art. Download and print the place cards (cream or neutral-colored card stock will work best), cut along the dotted line, inscribe your guest's name, and score down the middle with a bone folder.
You can also make a flat card with a border by using double-sided tape to affix the place-card design to a piece of card stock 1/4 inch larger than the place card. You can punch a hole in it and use twine to tie it to a napkin, or simply tuck it into the napkin.

Thanks for giving us such an elegant placecard to use for the Thanksgiving table! I printed mine off on cream cardstock and inked the edges with "more mustard" ink pad......too cute. I wrote the names using "really rust" pen.
I am excited to use these place cards this year. On the inside, I plan on having each guest write why they are thankful for another person at the table as a momento.
These are the BEST place cards! I have used them for the past 2 years and plan on using them for many more. I get tons of compliments from my guests. I hope they don't ever pull them off of the website! They are SO easy and look SO great.
For the last several years these turkey place cards have become a family tradition . It is easy to go to the clip art archives and make as many as needed - as it appears some place cards find their way out the front door... This year I am cutting the backs down so the cards are easier for everyone to see as they pass by the tables.
Very cute turkeys! Didn't have full sheet size card stock for the printer. So, I used card-size (6.5"x10"), heavy card stock (cream). First I printed the template onto plain white paper. Then I taped the top edge of the card stock, centered, right under the top stripe on the white paper, then printed onto the cream card stock. Had my nephew WIll write the names onto the place cards, had him date the back 2007. I plan to keep them and next year have my niece do the place cards and save them.
