An artfully rendered invitation sets the tone for the event to come. Be sure to choose a design that complements the party's theme. This invitation, created using green glassine and silk ranunculuses, is ideal for a little girl's flower-themed birthday celebration.

Flower Party Invitations How-To
1. Cut a grassy field from the glassine paper to the width of the card. Adhere the green paper to the front of the card, using the glue stick.
2. Take apart a silk flower, and separate the center bud petals from the rest. Using a dab of craft glue, attach the bud petals to the card, then glue the pom-pom in the center of the petals.
3. Draw the stem of the flower with a marker, and fill in the date, time, and place on card's interior.
We used pom-poms from Masterstroke Canada.
