White frosting is a perfect complement to white cake. This lesson shows you how to make fluffy, meringue-like frosting in seven minutes. Once frosted, the cake may sit out for several hours before being served

Tips for Making White Frosting
Prepare the cake before making the frosting. The frosting must be used while the beaten egg whites and sugar are still pliable. Use an instant-read thermometer to make sure the frosting is cooked to the right temperature
