Templates: alien, bat, Draculina, Frankenstein, jack-o'-lantern
Pencil
Black construction paper
Scissors
Double-sided tape
60-watt orange light bulb
Ghoulish Lamps How-To
1. Remove lampshade from stand.
2. Print and cut out templates. Trace template silhouettes onto black construction paper. Cut shapes from paper. Adhere black shapes to inside of shade with double-sided tape.
3. Replace bulb in lamp base with 60-watt orange bulb, and reconnect shade to base.

This are great for luminaries too! I used light green tissue paper an old flower vase turned up side down for the Alien. I used mod podge to stick the tissue to the vase. Next I cut out the templates and placed them on top of the tissue and added a top coat of mod podge to seal it. I used red tissue paper with Dracula. Thanks for all the great ideas!
