Hi, you can actually create this photo card project online at Kodak Gallery. They have a large number of photo cards designed by Martha Stewart, including a number of cute accordion fold photo cards. Its simple to do and easy to replicate the project. Take a look at the photocard options at the site below.

I hope this is helpful.
oh, too funny, the website screened out the full name of the art supply place I mentioned below. In case anyone wants to know, it's a nickname for Richard, beginning with D
Our local Michael's craft store has 24" card stock in the (where else) Martha Stewart section. :-) They'd probably also have it at a "real" art supply place, such as Aaron Brothers Art Mart or online from [filtered word] Blick Art Supplies.
Where do you find 24 inch cardstock? and I agree, these ideas are too close to the hoildays/events for which they are intended. And if anyone from Martha reads these comments, better illustrations and explanations of the steps on a lot of your crafts would be helpful. I'm pretty crafty and even I get confused sometimes.

add old picture you scanned and saved into the 'O'
(cont.) ...an old b
I made a simple version with print shop by printing in very large letters 'MOM' on the front of a card and inserting an old b
I've often wished I had time to do certain projects. I try to save them for the next year but not very successful at that! So, I agree. More time, please!!!!
ditto on not enough time to make this card...more time, please, to plan and execute these projects. Do you think anyone from Martha Stewart Omnimedia reads these comments?
Hi, good to see a "family tree" project which is adoption-friendly . . . Maybe sometime you could add this idea of how a project is inclusive--it means a lot to families! . . . This is how I might think of this project: A handmade card with photographs depicting different generations shows that the things mothers and daughters have in common transcend the passing styles of the times and life circumstances. . .
Misspat38,
You can preserve your mothern n n n n n s memories and pictures and create your own cards, several to choose from as well as posters, calendars and your own story books. It's an easy on line system, and your own consultant who can help you along the way. I created my book of my old dog before she passes and it's so cool. Much better then the other systems out there. Check out www.celebratingmystory.com She's really loves helping people with there projects. Kanijl
THE TENT CARD IS ON THERE BY THE SCISSORS;:)
I would like to see the tent card. The photo is of the accordian card. Good ideas, though.
I could not figure out the directions for the first card. Am I missing the illustrations?

I love the idea that darienod suggests about using this at the guest tables. excellent!
My mother has been gone for 40 years but this idea will be wonderful for my four grown sons for their birthdays. Great idea.
Not only craft ideas to "after the fact", so are decorating for holidays, holiday menus and recipes, seed starting, etc. Regarding save for next year; often I just forget. Considering other family activities and celebrations, a month ahead would be helpful. grammababy
I agree with the previous comment. My cards are already in the mail, so it's impossible to do this until next year. All the craft ideas are wonderful but in this busy day and age, I personally need more time to purchase the materials needed and then find the time to make the craft.
I wish that these Craft Ideas could come farther ahead of the actual holidays so that they could be made for the current year. Getting ideas like May day baskets on May day is a good idea too late. Remembering for next year is sometimes difficult.
Although too late for this year, I will do it next year. I like the idea for the wedding decorations comment too. It would be great to do two, one for Mom and one for Dad for a baby shower, depicting them over time.
This is actually what i will use for the tables at my wedding.
great idea for christmas gifts for family members
