I too have a friend adopting twins. They have almost everything as well, so I came up with the idea of filling a small bookshelf with books that I enjoyed reading to my children. I know my friend loves childrens books and will cherish the special time reading to them. I also had each of us write a special note in some of the books to them. This is also a gift that won't be outgrown for a long time.
