I bought a MS bedding set at Macy's about a year ago. It's crap. The sheets are like sand paper. MS is the first person I ever heard talking about thread count. I can't believe her name is on this set. The comforter is splitting apart at the seams and after one washing was pilling up. I expected WAY MORE from MS. There is no way Martha would sleep on the bedding she sells!

I purchased a pair of standard MS flannel pillowcases.
After four washings in hot water & being sun dried four times they still have a strong chemical odor & are unusable.
    They were made in India.

HELP PLEASE...My neighbor purchased MS king size sheets at Macy's for 99.00..That was the beginning of sad experience. The sheets have been washed no less that 7 times. They are still fuzzing and are very uncomfortable to use. What product can be used to stop the fuzzing so they are not so uncomfortable. My suggestion was to go back to store, Macy's for Full refund. However with the sales going on I don't think Macy's would do that.

Hello I have purchased 2 sets of the Novelty Flannel Sheet sets I have the winter woodlands design, I have washed them and have had no problems with a chemical smell. They only get softer after washing them. I do have an extra set if you are interested that is new in the package. They retailed for 160.00 at Macys I bought them on sale for 43.11 each, If you are looking for others I suggest you try ebay I just checked they have some on there as well, Thanks

I also recently purchased the flannel novelty sheets at Macy's and they smell terrible! After washing them four times in hot water they still smell like petroleum.

We, too, recently purchased the novelty sheets. We washed them and they stank of gasoline. They ruined the other new items we washed with them. Macy's refunded our money. Midwest customer service indicated they had not heard about this issue before. There are numerous complaints online about this very problem. We have run the washer 7 times since the initial load to rid the machine and other items of the smell. It isn't working. This is totally unacceptable!

When the novelty sheets are being featured on a segment, it would make sense to have them available for purchase! They are not on the Macy's website.
