Monster Mask

This simple monster mask is the perfect last-minute costume.

Materials

  • Monster Mask template
  • Scissors
  • Ultrasuede
  • Needle and thread
  • Faux fur
  • Fabri-Tac adhesive
  • Feathers or other embellishments (optional)

Steps

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Download and print mask template, enlarging 200 percent.
  2. Step 2 of 4

    Cut two pieces of Ultrasuede, following template design. Sew these two pieces of Ultrasuede together, along the center/front, with a 1/4-inch seam allowance. Then trim seam allowance to 1/8-inch.
  3. Step 3 of 4

    Cut faux fur into small strips of varying lengths. Glue faux fur to mask with Fabri-Tac.
  4. Step 4 of 4

    Add feathers or other embellishments if desired.
