Tools and Materials

• Cupcake stencils
• Double-sided tape
• Treat bags
• Flat foam stencil brush
• Heavy-bodied acrylic paint

Stenciled Halloween Treat Bag How-To
1. Place two small pieces of double-sided tape on back of cupcake stencil. Tip: Touch tape to clothing or fingers first to make less sticky.

2. Place stencil on treat bag. Dip flat foam brush into heavy-bodied acrylic paint; pounce foam brush on scrap paper to remove excess.

3. Pounce foam brush within shapes of stencil until covered. Peel off stencil and let dry before filling with candy or favors.
