Opened halfway and layered, these tissue-paper fans make a breezy addition to a porch or a gazebo. 

Tools and Materials

  • Tissue-paper fans, available at Party Cheap
  • Scissors
  • Painters' tape
  • How-To 

 1. Create fans in different sizes by trimming diagonally along the closed fans' unstapled ends. Open each fan halfway; peel off several layers from 1 side, leaving the staples in place. 

2. Use painters' tape to hang the fans.

    Since we are on a new "retirement" budget,these simple and inexpensive touches will still allow us to show our patriotism....and celebrate our wedding anniversary in like style!
