Next time you bring a fresh-baked tart to a potluck, leave the pan at home. Before baking, trace the bottom scalloped edge of the pan onto a piece of cardboard. Cut out, trimming off scallops for a circle that's slightly smaller.Wrap in foil; insert form into ring. Prepare and bake your tart as usual. Pop out the dessert and form, and carry them to the party.
