Cookie Bag How-To
1. Cut edges of natural-colored parchment paper and black tissue paper using a rotary cutter with deckle-edge blade. Tie with bakers twine.
2. Cut 1 1/2-inch or 2-inch strip of card stock to make band. Use a decorative hole punch, such as a bat or pumpkin, to embellish band. Wrap band around cookies and secure with pumpkin seal.
